A working factory with many development challenges, located adjacent to the new Dulwich Hill Light Rail station. Despite much advice to develop a 20 strata apartment complex we decided to step back in time and develop 8 Torrens Titled terrace row houses, much in the spirit of the inner West and freeing us from the restrictive residential apartment code, increasing our return on investment in the process.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, a study and parking pad out front. Utilising pre-cast concrete walling and retaining the existing concrete floor and perimeter brick walls, sustainably built, with reduced waste, with a nod to early Australian architecture and materials, we clad the front façade with Western Red Cedar and the side aspect with funky coloured sun hoods.
