Sourcing a long vacant commercial building we realised the abandoned potential of this location and set about changing its use to residential apartments. A difficult, narrow and elevated site - converting these challenges into assets, we oriented all the views to the South, ensuring the apartments would tower above the surrounding natural terrain, and that future development wouldn’t impact on the views.

A difficult sight with compliance challenges, but with some creative ‘outside the box’ thinking, we managed to build 38 apartments, not only compliant but with tremendous amenity and liveability. Exquisitely appointed, single and double-storey apartments, designed to maximise the play of light, space and views over the Lane Cove River. A development that heralded the rebirth of Lane Cove as a sought-after residential location.
