Part of the NSW Governments’ Landcom’s Master Planned estate at Potts Hill. JSN HANNA were selected to develop 2 large apartment complexes. As the successful applicant, we had to display a financial capability to complete the projects, a continued and unimpeached business history, as well as an impeccable track record of developing spacious, durable, well-designed apartments, with a willingness to partner with ethically like-minded architects - a rigorous process. The result, Aspect and the Tallowood apartments.

2 separate complexes located in the same estate. 124 and 96 apartments respectively, built across 5 buildings each and set amongst a verdant landscape of established and majestic native trees. Centrally located between Lidcombe, Bankstown and Parramatta, masterfully designed with a boutique-like ambience, these homes were set amongst spacious parklands overlooking a water reservoir, and corridors of trees.
